EPS Sandwich Panel

EPS Sandwich panel is a new and lightweight building material with low price and stable which can be used in extensive scope.

We have roof panel and wall panel. They all have three layers, upper layer is steel sheet, the inner layer is EPS, the bottom layer is also steel sheet.
The differences between the roof panel and wall panel is, the roof panel's upper layer is corrugated steel sheet, but the wall panel' has no-corrugated.

1. Thickness of the skin(steel board): 0.4--1.2mm(electroplating/galvanized/stainless steel)
2. Sandwich core: Polystyrene(EPS) Density: 12-25kg/cubic meter
3. Length of sandwich panel: According to clients' requests. No more than 12m.
4. Width of sandwich panel: 950mm, 1150mm
5. Thickness of the sandwich panel: 40-250mm

5. Wide range of materials for your choice: Rock wool, polystyrene and polyurethane, etc. These materials have a low heat coefficient and are excellent for hot or cold temperature insulation.
6. Good sound insulation for up to 40-50 decibels.
7. The pressed steel sheet has clear edges and the panels are available in various colors. They meet the requirements for different styles of building materials and are beautiful and elegant.
